Counselling for adults provides a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. Sessions are designed to help you process emotions, manage stress, and find clarity in a supportive environment.
I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Art based counselling, CBT, DBT, Gestalt, and others, allowing me to tailor sessions to suit your individual needs. While I am highly qualified to support those who have experienced trauma, therapy is not limited to traumatic experiences—everyone can benefit from a space to unload, reflect, and share their emotions.
Each session prioritises your safety, well-being, and confidentiality, creating a calm, peaceful environment where you can explore at your own pace and begin to find balance and understanding in your life. Everyone deserves a place to feel they can safely be themselves without having to hide.
